Subscription Policy
At excl Performance, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for select products (e.g., powders, recovery kits, repeat-use consumables). Subscriptions are designed to give you effortless access to the products you use most — reliably and on your schedule.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
Billing & Renewal
• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you choose at checkout (e.g., every 30 days).
• Your payment method will be charged on or around your renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
• Subscriptions continue until you cancel them; there is no end date unless specified at purchase.
Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
• Cancel through your account portal or contact us at info@exclperformance.com.
• Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access to any remaining active period you’ve already paid for.
Managing Subscriptions
You may modify delivery frequency, billing details, or shipping address through your customer account. Changes take effect from the next renewal period.
Mixed Carts (One-Time + Subscription)
You may add both subscription and one-time products to a single checkout. One-time purchases are charged immediately and are not part of your subscription billing cycle.
Refunds & Returns
• Subscription orders follow our standard Refund Policy — unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
• Once a subscription order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is not eligible for a post-delivery refund unless the item qualifies under our standard return conditions.
Price Changes
• Prices for subscription products may be updated over time. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes before they take effect.
Communication
• You will receive email notifications confirming orders, upcoming renewals, and subscription changes.
