Shipping policy

All orders are picked/packed and shipped Monday to Friday. If you order before 3pm we'll guarantee to ship same day, regardless of which shipping method you select.

UK Shipping

• Standard - Delivered within 2-5 Business Days
• Express - Delivered within 1-2 Business Days

Please note: Delivery time are estimates only and can vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We do our best to work with carriers who mitigate the risk where delays are concerned. 

Claims

Please allow an additional 2 business days past the expected date of delivery before contacting customer service. This allows for any carrier delays. After this time has passed, please reach out to customer service to gain more clarity on the whereabouts of your parcel. At this stage we can advise on re-shipping a replacement and placing a claim with the carrier.
