Refund policy

Returns are accepted within a 30 day period assuming the items are sent back in their original condition (unused, and in the original packaging).

In order to make a return, please reach out to our customer service team (info@exclperformance.com)

For your order to be eligible for return, it must meet the following:

  • Brand new condition with original packaging.
  • You must reach out to customer service within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please also be aware of the following:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be accepted and a refund to be processed. This is from the date of delivery to our facility.
  • Confirmation of delivery and reimbursement for a successful return will be communicated to you via email.
  • Refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
